The work is divided into two main parts. They are theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, there is literally research and definition of main ideas. The business plan for this bistro bar in the multifuncional hall is conduced in the practical part, which is completed by analysis, plans and calculations.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the foundation of a new company. The company is focused on the realization of social events and providing hospitality services. The thesis defines basic concepts, objectives, methods, and theoretical knowledge necessary to clarify the subject matter on the basis of which a specific business plan is drawn up. In the conclusion of the thesis, the evaluation of the effectiveness of investing in a particular idea is summarized with the help of dynamic indicators.

I dedicate the practical part to a specific business plan, its financing, the necessities without which the plan would not have taken place and, last but not least, its evaluation, whether the business plan is feasible at all.
